How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

 

Policies

 

Custom orders: Full payment will be taken before custom orders are created.

 

Delivery: 

Your package will be sent out within the time frame indicated on your order - this is usually between 1-3 days if the item is ready made, otherwise if the item is made to order I will let you know the date it will be shipped.

The postage type offered for all countries within the UK is standard Royal Mail 1st class. For the rest of the world it is standard airmail with Royal Mail from the UK then being transferred to your local delivery companies.
These don't have tracking numbers attached to them but are very efficient and reliable and help to keep the cost of postage down.
If you would like to have your parcel sent insured and tracked please request this before purchasing.

It is the shoppers responsibility to clear their parcel through their particular country's customs system.

Please let me know in 'note to seller' if you would like your item sent to an alternative address to that on your Etsy profile for example if you are sending as a gift or prefer to have your package delivered to a work address.

 

Refunds and exchanges:

If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason please contact me so that we can work together to sort it out.
You have the right to change your mind on your purchase and return it to me within 7 days of receiving it. The buyer will pay return postage on this and initial postage costs cannot be refunded.
Custom orders made especially for you cannot be returned or refunded.


If there is a genuine fault with the product not caused by the customer, please let me know and return it to me within 3 days of receipt and I will refund the full cost along with the return delivery fee once I have received and checked the item over.


Exchanges can be made if you decide you want something else instead except in the case of a custom order. The postage for return of original item and of new item shall be paid for by the customer.

Please be aware of any colour differences represented by individual monitors/phone screens. I always photograph my products in natural light to show the truest colours.
